hi there, they only allow you to put in a withdrawl to a mastercard, i have tried to with draw via chase bank which my bank denied the money and also with monzo who also declined the money please help what can i do i have a large balance and im not able to withdraw it to anywhere!

I deposited via debit card, I’ve tried to withdraw to my chase account and when the casino send the money my bank declines the payment I have also tried with Monzo which done the same thing.

I have spoken to the bank and they said the casino has to send the money via fast payment method (through sort code and account number)

but when asking the casino if that was possible they said no.

so I’m lost at what to do everytime I try to withdraw to a Mastercard the bank just refuses the money
