I have been waiting since yesterday at 20:13 for my withdrawal to be processed by the casino.

I wrote to the casino site support and the discord channel support, they tell me it's a technical problem and that I have to wait for it to be resolved.

could you help me withdraw my money since I'm waiting more than a day to withdraw it?

they asked me for KYC for "suspect activities".

The only things I did was discount MY money on football matches from major European leagues.
