Hi kristina thank you for your response I didn't expected this fast reply from you people I feel relieved now and if the issue is about the withdrawal means I will wait but they withdrawal timeframe is only 20 mins - 2 hours and one of their support agent clearly stated me that " you played illegally game provider started investigation" that means we can clearly see their intentions there. the game I played was blackjack not any other one that too in ezugi platform. Why ezugi wants to investigate my gameplay and coming to my KYC they didn't even ask any documents from me I am ready to verify my account if they ask me. Please make a contact with them as soon as possible because ethe next step is blocking my account I read so many bad reviews that is why I am requesting you to take action now.

Hi ,I tried to talk today with them they are just turning of the chat while I am talking and they again increased the time frame for that investigation. waiting for your intervention 😞🙏.please intervene now because they raised their promotions so many people are coming to create the account they are now brand ambassadors for some teams. Already who created accounts with and lost their money no one talking positively about them.file
