The player from Kenya had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. We had advised the player that withdrawal processing could take a few days or even weeks, and suggested waiting at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We also extended the timer by 7 days for the player to respond. However, due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Babibet limited my stake amount to 2$. This means I could bet as I used to do. So I decided to make a withdrawal of all my available balance but they won't approve my withdrawal. It has been pending for 40hrs now. I have not received any communication from them. I didn't expect to take this long since my account was verified before I started depositing. Username denokipkorir
