The player from the UK is having difficulties receiving her funds. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed after 3 days,I’m not happy with this site and won’t be using it again,I just want my money that’s owed then I can close the account

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
