Withdrawal rejected file they don't want to give my winnings cause something about me violating the betting amount I have never hard of anything like this in my life it is wron and it's not right .

They just didn't like the fact that the machine I was playing was paying I have every right to get my winnings I have done nothing wrong I know I have been gambling online for awhile and not once I've ever come across this situation ,

They are using every excuse to not pay me out

Hello , I was playing slots and the game was called Golden eggs . The highest bet was $16 a spin.




Also I didn't use a bonus with my deposit.

Look I have done nothing expect bet bigger amont it's my money I can bet what ever I want to there is no law against that what so ever I never took any bonus I've deposited alot of money on this Ausclub Casno and never had a problem .

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
