The player from Australia is experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds, because the transactions to his preferred payment methods have been declined. After closer examination we realized, that this complaint is about the payment provider and not the casino, therefore we rejected it.

I'm having trouble getting payment and they have asked me to set up an account with JETON.

I have filled in JETOS verification process and I'm waiting for a reply

I pay with visa and would like to be paid the same way.

Can you help with this problem?

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you ever made any successful withdrawals before? Is there any other alternative withdrawal method that would be suitable for you?

i successfully deposited $1000 to JETON but it was exchanged from EUROS to AUD and $61 was taken out.

Can you help me so when l deposit to JETO it exchanges in AUD

I’m trying to get in contact with JETON who Auslots use to transfer money.

This is what’s happening with JETON nowfile

They want me to speak Turkish with them. I can only speak English

Mark, thank you for your reply. I am sorry, but fees for international transactions are usually managed by the payment provider. Please understand we focus on problems related to online casinos only. Do I understand correctly that this complaint is about Jeton and not AU Slots Casino?

I think so but AU can contact them and ask why l received 6% fees, JETON said money was received from AU in EURO but AU said they sent it to them in AUD. JETON said if it's sent in AUD there are no fees

JETON is a payment system of AU methods of payment.

I'm trying to contact JETON but the onlyl way they allow me to is by speaking Turkish atm. I can only speak English
