iv sent Mydocuments in some in PDF some in jpeg as asked and they say there not right when there are this site is a nightmare what can i do about it??? and now there not returning my email Absolute joke

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please could you advise how long ago have you started the verification process? It is a common procedure for casinos to check every detail to make sure they are sending the money to the right person and it might take few working days. If all the data, that you have provided is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
