I have deposited 100s if not 1000s of pounds to this account and every time I have tried to withdraw the money they ask me for proof of address and photo of my passport and a photo of the front and back of my bank card which I sent they then sed they wanted a copy of my bank statement which I sent but they said there had to be certain numbers on it. I've won several times the biggest one was €1000 and because I couldn't cash out I ended up playing it. But when I looked at the reviews it said they don't except ppl from the UK on their site but they have been taking my deposits how can this be and is there any way to get a refund for all the money I have deposited. When I looked at my bank statement the payments I made go to all different named companies.

Hi yes I lost all the money I wanted to withdraw as I couldn't cash out I played it. My account has not been marked as verified and there has been a €10 bonus added to my account that's all that is in there.thank you

Thank you for your reply, Swan01. Unfortunately, there is not much we could do if you have lost all your winnings. I understand that this wouldn't happen if you could withdraw your winnings immediately, but at this point, it is not possible to return them.

Also, if you deposited and played your funds personally and voluntarily, we don't think that there is a valid reason to ask for a refund. Casinos can accept players from any country as long as they don't use this as an excuse to confiscate the player's future winnings.
