The casino was alright I got there 10$ free promo and won right off the hope ×250 win which brought me to a total of 100$ something. But was just a carrot at the end of a string I didn't get any decent wins of any significant value and maybe 2 bonus games and they were absolutely pointless. Definitely just trying to get me to deposit on hopes alone. Almost worked if it wasn't to obvious someone is watching your plays again so definitely just your average casino!
I tried two Free Spins bonuses on a Slot Machine from a rather suspicious provider. The return was around 70% RTP, nothing unusual — pretty standard. Since the balance was small (about €17) and the provider seemed a bit shady, I obviously decided not to make any deposit.
After that, I spent about a week without checking my email, and when I finally did, I found around 20 automated messages from these people.
I tried to unsubscribe both through their website and via email, but they kept sending spam anyway.
Today, I went to their Live Chat to give them the kind of warning they fear the most. Obviously, if I ever report this company, it won’t be to whoever gave them their license — it’ll be to authorities that actually investigate and take action.
Their reaction was immediate: they disabled the chat without even replying.
So here’s my warning: If I receive one more email from the domain @hotlinecasino.com, I’ll feel fully entitled to rally a large community to legally flood their inboxes, including those of the other white-label brands belonging to the same group.

After the tempting offer of 'no deposit', it was then said that you had to make a deposit first, then you had to meet the turnover requirement, and then the bonus would be available. This is not immediately apparent. There was nothing about it in the advertisement. So it was a pure marketing strategy lie. You also win almost 200 euros with the bonus, which suggests that you lose a lot of money before you get the 'no deposit' credit. But that is not even my reason for writing here. Unfaires Verhalten den Neuligen gegenüber. Gutes Beispiel, dass jemand, der Geld spart und ihm die Auszahlung verwehrt, da es eine Regel gibt, die kein Neuling wissen kann: Es wurden vier Bonuszahlungen ausgelöst und ich direkt des Betruges verdächtig, weil ich Geld eingezahlt habe in deren Unternehmen und ich mich auf deren Kosten mir meine Auszahlung schönrede auf deren Kosten. Richtig unfreundlich und zu verdammen. Das System hat die Aufgabe Neulinge darauf hinzuweisen, dass vier Bonuszahlungen verboten sind und es erst gar nicht dazu kommen lassen.
