I have requested a withdrawal of various amount totaling to around $21k. I then received the "run around" that my documents were not complete or missing info (even though it was all there). Seems to be sorted now, but they just haven't processed my withdrawal - I also have a few that have been partially processed.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The account was fully verified on Nov. 16. I was able to make smaller withdrawals before that date though.

All the winnings were with real money - no play through or similar would have been needed.

I have connected fairly often trying to get updates - but just get statements saying: "rest assured your funds are safe" "please wait while the team processes" "it will be processed within 24 hrs".

Nothing seems to be moving or changing. I also have withdrawals that were partially processed ie. $550 withdrawal where I received $50, but remaining portion has been stuck since beginning of the month.


The main withdrawals just haven’t been processed at all.

It typically takes up to 14 days to receive a payout once your account has been verified. Since your account was verified 11 days ago, I would recommend waiting a little longer.
