888 Casino has taken my withdrawal sent it to GIGASAT, who then canceled the heat transfer and then lied about it and said that it was rejected but it wasn't that canceled, I even had the cancellation number to prove it. During this time I was communicating with 888 casino. They were instructing me that they were waiting for gigasat to attempt to send it again. I later learned that they hadn't actually been waiting for that and had the money returned to them shortly after I initiated the withdrawal and it was canceled by gigasat.


It's not in my account It's not paid to me gigasat no longer has it. It shows nowhere except for in the history of things that I've had for withdrawals. 888 Casino told me none of this had been sent back to them until. I figured it out from other areas that I was checking that it has been with 888 Casino shortly after gigasat cancelled the etransfer. Then lied about it and said it was refusal on my banks behalf, which I confirmed was not true by getting the confirmation of the cancellation. After being returned money 888 casino did not inform me had been returned to nor did they put it into my account where it belongs, I said they knowingly misled me and have you jumped through all these hoops


This proves to be distrustful when you omit information, thats a lie of omission and a lie of omission is still a lie. So now we have me going back to 888 Casino and asking him to were is my money that was withdrawn and sent back? They are not showing it in my account, and not allowing me any access to it, telling me that it should be resolved right away, then they tell me it's going to be 24 hours, then they tell me it's going to be 24 to 72. I'm getting the run around, and there's no excuse for it. This is not an issue on my behalf, this is their problem. I did not cancel the payment, I did not have anything to do with any of the problems that's going on, but I'm the one that has to deal with it. They seem like they're trying to deliberately avoid paying me. And the worst part about it is they did this all on my birthday of all days, quality people.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? When exactly did you request for the withdrawal and when was it canceled by the payment provider? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I was fully verified a long time ago And I've had many withdrawals from there. I tend all day trying to appeal to their humanity which they have none of they took the money from me on my birthday they've held it and I've been unable to get home for days because I was counting on it to get home. I've tried to appeal to do humanity from the perspective of how I came to be in this position by revealing personal details that I'd rather not disclose here. I cooperated with their exclusion because they said I shouldn't get any bonuses anymore and disability comes down to obviously they were upset that I won. And day I likely who canceled it and not Gigasdat at all. So I have the report from interact that shows it was canceled by the sender whether that be Gigasdat or 888 it's really not something I can tell you but it's obviously one of them and likely 888 from the fact that they are putting me in six months exclusion which I cooperated with because I wanted to be able to go home today and I can't now and I'm outside again. The fact is that I've had some bad luck with family courts and lies from my ex and to be a male and family court in Canada is to be mistreated. So I've lost just about everything and they try to imply this a gambling problem but this happened 5 years ago I've only played at the casino for a couple months and I've only played a casino to themselves for a couple years after all the stuff happened. But of course I cooperated with the exclusion of 6 months and they shut down my account and I cooperated with everything else they could ask me to and they still won't send my money. I got all sorts of stuff documentation if you would like to see

It's now been over 72 hours and still no payment, frankly I don't understand how you or any of the other Casino recommendation sites would promote this disgusting organization, sometimes I wonder if you guys are in their pocket. But anyone reading this who is debating whether or not they should deposit or to anyone who has already deposited, I suggest you check out the trustpilot reviews and decide for yourself whether or not you would play here they're abysmal 1.7 star rating on trustpilot is revealing, I can only verify that there's some sort of favoritism going on with the casino review sites and perhaps they are receiving a payment for this review or this rating that they have here.

Do I understand it correctly that your account is now closed? What kind of payment is pending and since when exactly?

Please understand that casinos are places to gamble to win or lose and it has nothing to do with empathy towards any player. If we would want to dig deeper regarding any player's life situation their only responsibility is to prevent addicted players to gamble and everything else is non-relevant.
