The player from the United Kingdom faced difficulties withdrawing funds from the casino, with multiple withdrawal attempts being rejected over the past two weeks despite being told he was fully verified. Customer support provided varying reasons for the rejections, and there was a lack of response from the email support team. The complaint was closed as unresolved due to the casino's previous No Reaction Policy. Later the casino reopened the complaint to inform us that the player lost all the funds. Since the player didn't reply, we were forced to close this complaint again.

Hi, despite being told I was fully verified, I've had numerous withdraw attempts rejected. Every reason for the rejection was different. Liv chat refer to the email address, and they either don't reply or move the goalposts. Please help if you can, I'm very in need of this money.

I am yet to receive any withdrawals from this casino. I've never taken a bonus and ensured I verified very early on.


I have emailed several times, attaching screenshots of their own support team confirming I was verified.

Thank you for your reply, Player456. Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for 7Bets.io Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 7Bets.io Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Player456, I am afraid that if you have played your winnings, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
