About 3 or 4 weeks ago i was playing one night when i was lucky enough to have a winning run and won 4 or 5 thousand dollars. My grandaughter was playing with me at the time and we decided to go for broke and play on. I went to get a cup of coffee and she played on.When i came back i could not believe there was 90000.00 on my account. She said she had switched machines a couple of times and did not seem sure which one paid a jackpot she said they all seemed to pay well. The next day made a withdrawal of 4000.00 which is maximum. Nothing happened for about 2 weeks. I have Parkinsons so to fill in my time i decided to play some of the winnings and leave 50000.00 to withdraw. This i did.Then i got an email saying my withdrawal was denied and all my winnings confiscated They said i had made a deposit when i had more than 5.00 in my bank.. Why would i make a deposit i had 86000.00 to play. They also said my bets were too big. I do not control the size of the maximum bet ,,, the casino does. I checked my transaction list and found that someone had made various withdrawals from my account before the funds were confiscated,,strange transactions started happening with my credit card, and the bank blocked it.I have tried to get in touch with 7 reels security but they will not answer. You would think out of a 90000.00 win i could get something.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with 7 Reels Casino. Before we would try to contact the casino, allow me to ask you a few more question to clarify the case as much as possible.

Did you use any bonus in the casino? Is your account verified? Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino?

From what you say, it seems to be the case where you had probably some bonus balance left from a previous bonus and once you deposited the bonus was just prolonged and the jackpot was most likely won from that money. But this is just my guess and we will definitely know more once you answer all my question.

One of the things i do not like about 7 reels is they push bonuses onto you and even when you try to delete them they keep coming back into your playing balance even when you do not want them. So to answer your question i tried to avoid them but the system is set up so that you are never sure. My account was verified.. No it was not my first withdrawal attempt i had others that were cancelled on technicalities. I have not been able to make a withdrawal from 7 reels yet.

I can not find any record of my jackpot in my transaction history at 7 reels ?? If they are saying there was no jackpot where did the money come from for me to play BIG for a few days without making any deposit.

I am not sure but it looks as if they have divided my winnings into numerous deposits. Now i find i can not use my Visa card,, the message i get is that i have reached the maximum number of deposits. I did not make these deposits. The funds that i used to continue playing after i got the jackpot just came off my winnings. The deposits did not come out of my bank account. Did they make deposits into my account at 7 reels????. That is how it looks but i am not sure.

Kindly note that the win is still registered in the records of your gameplay. Keep in mind that you can always opt out of bonuses should you choose to do so. You can contact your account manager to set a bonus block on your account, in which case you would not be able to claim any bonuses at all. Alternatively, you can cancel specific bonuses by going to the Bonus Overview page in your account, selecting the bonus you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel" button. As i was playing if a bonus was offered i would click on the delete button ,, i did not know any other way. I believed that the casino set the betting limit and you could bet up to what ever it was set at. Why was i allowed to play back some of my winnings,,, why not all of it. Something was not right with the deposits that were made,, the bank investigated and refunded me some of the deposits.
