hello, the problem of this site is that you can deposit without problem with your Visacard but once you want to withdrawal the option Visa is not there any more and even a manual bank transfer is not possible….

I tried to contact them since one week they all say you thousands of reason who in fact are completely useless .

By trying to withdrawal they tell you system error and contact support….

Since more than one week now they play with me as a ping pong ball ..I am forced now to open a e wallet and deposit again money on this site which O clearly don t recommend to have a chance to get my money. I feel really stolen…Where is the point to deposit with a Visa and then you cannot withdrawal with the same Card ….big scam 

more than one week trying to get my money……..really really painfull

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Wasn't the list of withdrawal methods available all along? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that this is nothing unusual and most casino has different deposit any payout methods.

Hello Nick ,

I started to plAy last week on Sunday the 14 th and then I tried to withdrawal and then the problem starts. No withdrawal with visa since the beginning. I contacted them more than 20 times no results. They already asked me my Iban and also the rest and then they say it is not available for my account?!!!when I go to my account and look to verification they say there is no need to verification , verification not required

I spoke last time with the casino because I tried now to withdrawal with Revolut and the withdrawal was also declined because apparently you have to deposit with that card to ! But I would like to have the money at exactly the same card which I paid with , it means mny visa

I asked them kindly à manual transfert they were saying it is not possible .

I gave all the documents they asked me and still no possible why I don t know .

Hello Micky,

If you want to use a new payment method to withdraw with, you will firstly need to make a deposit with that method to verify it. Like if you would like to withdraw to Revolut, you should make a min. deposit to the casino and send them the documents that you are the owner of the card.

Thank you Nick but I don t know why but suddenly after two weeks now I can do withdrawal with my Visa …..No error system anymore by miracle
