I'm here today to BOTH:
1) DISPUTE the loss of my deposit of R$3000 BRL
Because they CLEARLY RIGGED / MANIPULATED THE GAME from 8:25 AM to 10:00AM+ spent without giving A SINGLE GREEN (14x) result
This is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to spent AS MANY ROUNDS like this who last only less than 30 seconds between EACH, to spend ALMOST 2 HOURS STRAIGHT without giving a single 14x draw !

2) To question THE LEGITIMACY of their '' in-house '' roulette game RTP, as well....

Please understand that the lack of a result in a roulette game, where an outcome hasn't occurred for a long time is not proof of game manipulation.
The law of big numbers says that if you get very unlucky in the past you can expect to get average results in the future (you would have the same expectation if you get good or average luck in the past - what happened in the past doesn't matter in the present). And this average result will give you closer to the average result overall. For example, if red won on roulette 8 times of 10 in the first ten spins and then 5 times of 10 in the next ten spins, it's 13 times out of 20, much closer to theoretical expectation than 80% wins for red from first ten spins.

OK you can close the complaint, however a particular outcome not showing on a roulette game with just 14 numbers, for 2 HOURS pretty much is DEFINITELY a sign of UNFAIR HANDS being dealt at the least....
(and possibly INDEED a manipulation) as i'm experienced on this game for LONG TIME and i have NEVER SEEN before this game even reach 0 COUNT at all, including reaching ZERO and STAYING AT 0 FOR 2 HOURS, that was EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS and DEFINITELY BIASED/POSSIBLY RIGGED...
But anyways all good.

The game is provably fair and all the rounds and the rounds sequence are pre-determined at the start of the day when the seed resets. They cannot be tampered with. Furthermore, our randomness algorithm has been certified by reputable RNG certifiers.
This information is verifiable by anyone on the PF page. There is nothing wrong with the succession of events, just because you have "never seen it" it doesn't mean it's not a probable outcome or not possible.

Hello Thomas, you guys can close the complaint for good.
The truth is this guys never let me down on '' payments '' whenever i made winnings on there, they always paid them out in full, promptly and without any issues.
So i can understand now that this event was an '' unfortunate '' series that has never been seen before but that was never guaranteed not being possible to happen.
So i can understand that perfectly.
