The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a week. After the casino reacted to the complaint, we've received no updates about the current status of the withdrawal request from the player therefore we are forced to reject the case.
Delay payment! It's been 9 days! They keep stalling! Their customer service is useless! Very irresponsible!

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?
Please note that if you are not yet verified, you won't be able to withdraw and it might take up to 14 days after successful verification to receive the money.

We are sorry if the player had any inconvenience; to process the withdrawal, the player had to wager 10x. The player had to fulfill the requirement, so we didn't process the withdrawals until 2022-05-27 and 2022-05-30. We explained to the player the situation (everything is explained in detail in our T&C). Thank you
