I mistakenly cancel my casino bonus , is there anyway to retrieve it

Can you please at least refund the money I won, I will be grateful if you do so , the bonus given to me was N200 and I use the bonus to win 1,950, anything you can refund to help me , please do so🙏

Secondly, if you canceled your bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements, your winnings, unfortunately, can't be restored, whether it was an accident or not. As I mentioned in my previous message, you can try asking the casino to help you with this. However, this situation wasn't caused by the casino's mistake, so you might not be that lucky. I am sorry and I am sure you understand, we cannot punish the casino for something like this.
