I deposited and met the cash out requirements on their bonus of 30x play thru. I had a total of $19,900 off a $1000 deposit and $3000 bonus and met the $120,000 play thru. Yet, in there fine print it says max bet is $10, but they don’t restrict you from playing more than that like other sites ‘gray out’ higher betting limits if you are in a bonus. I made a few bets above this amount and it VOIDED the entire balance except my $1,000 deposit, which i then lost out of anger. They are very slow in responded to you and delay your withdrawals as much as possible in hopes you reverse then lose them. SITE IS A SCAM

Thank you very much submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the General Bonus T&Cs (https://24vipcasino.com/promotions-terms) and this is what I found:

"During an active bonus, the maximum bet per hand, spin, card, etc., is $10 (£10, €10, or ZAR 100). This maximum bet rule will remain active until the wagering requirements have been completed. Betting above this limit will void the bonus and any winnings thereof."

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
