Hi. No they tell me the same thing.

They said, my enquiry has now been forwarded to there financial team. And as of today , there was still no update they just apologise and tell me they are flat out, ect..

I was verified on the 23rd of June and that's when I put in for my withdrawal .

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue.
