this was a voided transaction by the payment provider because it was not completed successfully. we have explained this already to the player. even though the amount may have been debited from its account it does not mean that we have automatically received it. that is not how online payments work. it will most likely be auto-refunded by the payment provider after some days more. we can not say exactly how many days because it was not with us. we are sorry for the inconvenience experienced by this customer. however, it is not in our hands.
if, in the unlikely event, that after 2 weeks it has not been auto refunded by the payment provider, we will try to investigate on our side.

it was a 'failed' transaction.
There is nothing more we can do.
This player will be autorefunded in sometime by his payment provider, but it is completely out of our hands, as it was never received by us.
As we have already said, yes, funds may well have been debited from his ac or wallet - no one is disputing this - but this not not mean that we automatically received these funds.
He just needs to be patient for the refund to come through back to his wallet.
We have influence over this process.

As I check with bank the bank people said payment was received by merchant pls contact them they telling and more over it's been more than 15days I haven't received any refund from you or from bank the only point is all of my friends circle using the same site but getting huge number of complaints against your site 10k is not a big deal but trust is more important than everything in present days if you refund I'll be continuing your service or else no more discussions I inform all my references of my friends circle doesn't your service.
