However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

if we have accepted a players wd request, this means it was initiated to his bank account, but sometimes there can be delays in bank processing, which this players well knows in india


we request that the player confirm the transaction ID here please


according to our logs the last withdrawal for 2000 rs that player was disputing that he didnt receive, he has already confirmed to our payments team back office that he received


so what other one is he talking about?
