It was my birthday yesterday. Yeah happy birthday to me, thanks! Great much appreciated. I have played on 1Xbet for over a year, the last month I have deposited more than $40 a day, some days more than $70. I deposited in Euro, USD, Kuwaiti dinar, Omani Rial and USDT. So yesterday when I wanted to get my birthday bonus, I was told I didn’t qualify because I wasn’t active last week.

I have verified my account yes almost a year ago, think it was a requirement at the time, as I took the deposit bonus. Also I had to send them a copy of my ID on my birthday because they first claimed that my birthday date was wrong.


I was making deposits and playing 1XGames and Casino.


i spoke with them yesterday regarding this issue, and I lost my temper with them via an online call, as well as via email. Because they kept telling me I wasn’t active last week.

I did not receive a bonus last year, due to my account being new, so I didn’t make a lot of deposits then. I have played on the casino section and the 1Xgames section. If I tell you I’ve deposited a lot and I was active, I’ve been active to the point where I’ve won the jackpot 3 times. My activity on this site is ridiculous.


I’ve met the criteria, they tell me I wasn’t active, yet I was. Why lie? Why false advertise to get me to deposit more.

I understand how disappointing it can be when a bonus is not granted. However, it is important to note that most online casinos can decide, without further explanation to not award a bonus. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine if you qualify for it. For this reason, we can't penalize online casinos that refuse or fail to credit a bonus and we can't force them to add the bonus if the claim that you did not meet the conditions.
