I decided to deposit after seeing the good reviews and Casinoguru rating on here, together with the no deposit bonus but it is a scam. Once you complete the freespins you are told to deposit at least 10 euros to be able to play with the bonus balance which amounted to a 200% bonus when I deposited 16€. so I played slots and won some money. I was 13 euros ahead of what I started with when I couldn't play anymore, there was a pop-up that I need to deposit more to be able to play even though I had deposited just hours before and had more money than when I started. After looking at my balance I realized what had happened, during the time I was playing my balance was being funneled from the real wallet to the bonus wallet along with the profit and as soon as my real wallet reached one cent i couldn't bet anymore. In conclusion, Winning on this casino is literally IMPOSSIBLE, even when you don't lose money and end up with a profit they take all of your money and make it bonus money which you cant play with unless you deposit more. On real Casinos you can make one deposit with a bonus and if you're lucky you can cash out or you lose it all, but on this casino, you can deposit and win and they will still take your money. It is literally impossible to meet the wagering requirements and cash out thus the only possible outcome is more deposits. They do have this written out in some complicated words and percentages in their Terms and Conditions but that doesn't change that this is Harmful to the user and malicious, theyre literally extracting more and more money from players with no possibility of meeting wagering requirement or even playing for some extended amount of time.

Dear winnah,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.  I checked the bonus and read the Bonus T&Cs and I found the point that is important in this case. Please, see here:

"11. All winnings from deposit bonuses will be credited to the wallet with the following logic: 25% to the real money wallet and 75% to the bonus money wallet. All winnings from non deposit bonuses will be 100% credited to the bonus wallet. Bonus money will be converted to the real money wallet once the playthrough requirement is satisfied. If the player is using a bonus that requires a wager, a real part and a bonus part and the real money part is depleted first, then he needs to make a new deposit to keep wagering to release the bonus part."

This means, that you need to have real money in your balance while meeting the wagering requirements for this bonus. Such a condition is not very common and it certainly is not very user-friendly, but casinos have free hands while setting their bonus conditions and wagering requirements. Unfortunately, there is not much more we could do about it at this point.

I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
