The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings haven’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

The same horrible frustrating verification process as all online casinos. After finally getting email saying I've completed verification I log into the casino and asked Emily from support if I use my other card to deposit will it affect my current withdrawal, she said no they just wanted a picture from the back and front of the card added to the verification, they cancelled my withdrawal again because I deposited 150 with a new card and they say they have a 3 times wagering or a new card, and they are forcing me to deposit another $267 on the new card or they're not going to accept my withdrawal, I hate this casino they're disgusting,, I specifically asked them if it would affect the withdrawal it shouldn't because it has nothing to do with my withdrawal, late keep denying my withdrawal and now the same that $267 is part of my withdrawal no it's not ! It's been pending and denied for days and days, what pissed me off the most is I ASKED THEM before I used a new card

Stay away from them they are predatory, more than most of these online casinos .

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
