If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

This is clearly shown sucessful from my side but still I did not get in my casino wallet ,
And also bank said that transaction was successful, and successfully credited to that upi I'd , so please recofirm with your provider ,they surely received my funds..
And 1 more thing , upi transaction shows sucessful then it is successful, it never refund to bank.
Thank you for your reply, Jasinakumaritilak. Do I understand correctly that according to your bank, the deposit was credited to the casino's UPI? Or was it credited to your UPI? Have you tried contacting UPI?
My deposit is successfully transferred to casino's upi , and I also contacted to bank they said it done and successful from bank side and it is credited to upi , that is clearly said by bank , and if upi deposit is successful done then it is credited to casino's upi.
