Initially, I was depositing and withdrawing regularly and WinSpin processed my withdrawals relatively quickly, usually within 24 hours.
However, my experience has changed now that I have accumulated a substantial balance of approximately $13,500.
WinSpin limits withdrawals to $2,500 per seven-day period, (and their is no logic in their caluclation of the seven days) although its Terms state that higher withdrawal limits may be granted to players with higher VIP status at management’s discretion.
I am currently Platinum Level 41. I have deposited and wagered thousands of dollars on this site, yet I was never contacted by a VIP representative. When I asked management to review my withdrawal limit because of my Platinum status and current balance, I was told that Platinum status does not qualify me for enhanced withdrawals and that they would review my account again only after 60 days of "continued activity." I interpret that as telling me that only if I trust their casino, lose a lot of money, then, and only then, will they consider "inviting" me to their club.
They also informed me that the VIP levels displayed on the site are apparently separate from their actual "VIP Club," which is invitation-only.
That distinction was certainly not obvious to me while progressing through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
What bothers me most is being told I need another 60 days of continued activity before they will even reconsider an increased withdrawal limit while I already have a significant balance sitting in my account waiting to be withdrawn.
I am not asking WinSpin to pay anything I did not legitimately win. I am simply trying to withdraw my balance.
I will continue withdrawing my funds according to their limits, but this experience has seriously changed my view of their loyalty program. A loyalty system should mean something when a player actually needs the benefits that are advertised.
Once my winnings have been withdrawn, I do not expect to continue playing here.
Players should understand before depositing significant amounts that reaching Platinum status does not necessarily mean you are considered part of WinSpin’s VIP Club or that you will receive higher withdrawal limits.
