Hello dear Casino Guru.


I win first 240€ and i waited from 22.10.2024 till today and i came to site and saw they canceled my withdrawal and is in casino money.

They keep telling that i have to wait wait i waited after 12days they canceled it. I dont need to verify account and i dont know why they canceled withdraw.

i have 3Withdraws.

First was 240€ and was cancelled(12days)

Second withdrawal is 260€(31.10.2024)

Third 100€ (31.10.2024)

I tried to upload photo but i cant it failed

Okay but i dont understand why my withdrawal after 12 day was canceled by them and the reason is not specific. I have to withdraw again and now is waiting time resetting.
