I beg you for help. I have a big problem. I read great reviews about the wazamba casino on your site, so I chose it for the game.
I have 27500 CZK to choose from. Unfortunately, via VISA, they canceled my selections and recommended MINIFITIES to me. Although I didn't want this option, wazamba didn't give me another choice of payment option.
I set up an account at MINIFITY and wanted to make a deposit for verification. Unfortunately, the wazamba site was blocked at that time. I can't log in to the site from the Czech Republic. When I type wazamba into the browser, the following appears to me: The website wazamba.com was blocked on the basis of a decision of the Ministry of Finance, because it was used to gamble in violation of § 7 para. b) of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling.
Communication with the casino is not very good. They give me no choice.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified? How many days ago you’ve been able to log into your account last time?

I want to thank you in advance for taking care of my case. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve the issue.
I followed the procedure you wrote me. It's alright. I have a Mifinity card verified. The first and last deposit at Mifinity (for verification) was 300kc. At the moment, I have cash in my Mifinity account, but I can't transfer it to my card.
They write this text on Mifinity when I want to enter a conversion:
In the event you originally deposited with a card, then subsequent withdrawals will need to be paid back to the same card, up to the cumulative amount that was deposited.
The process will work like this:
Your oldest total card deposits will need to be paid back in full first.
Your second oldest total card deposits will need to be paid back in full second etc.
All withdrawals back to cards will need to at least match the original deposits from those cards.
Once all original card deposits have been covered via the withdrawal process you can then look to withdraw the surplus withdrawal amount back to any card, bank account etc.
We reserve the right to use additional eligibility criteria to determine available withdrawal options.

"How do I verify my account?
For a Bank account to be verified you must first add your account details within the "Bank Accounts" section from the options on the left side of the eWallet account. Select "Add New Bank Account" and complete the required fields relating to the destination account. Please note: The details submitted can only be in the name of, and ownership of the MiFinity eWallet account holder. You are not permitted to register a Business Bank Account on your MiFinity eWallet.
For your Bank Account to be utilized for withdrawals, it first needs to be verified. For this to be achieved, you are required to upload a copy of a Bank statement dated within the last 3 months from the date of issue.
Bank Statement on bank letter head should include the following:
Bank Name
Bank address (could be actual address or branch identifier)
Customer Name (should match name used during account creation)
Customer address (should match address used during account creation)
Statement to include some activity across the account (can black out amounts, but need to see activity)
This can be done by following the next few steps:-
Log into your eWallet account.
Select "Bank Accounts" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Select the Bank Account that needs to be verified.
Click on "Verify".
Upload your document.
You can either choose a file you have saved or drag the file into the box indicated.
Once your file has been successfully uploaded, a green box will appear in the top right corner of the page confirming the process and the status of the document will show as "Pending Approval" until reviewed. Additionally you will receive an email confirming the process was successful.
Once reviewed and verified the option to withdraw funds to this Bank Account will be activated on your MiFinity eWallet"
