The player's account got closed as he registered from a restricted country. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
It doesn’t accept Greek players but they allow you to register and then deposit and after you deposit they lock your account and send an email that we don’t accept Greek players and we will refund your money but instead refund immediately as I was able to deposit immediately they tell you that they will contact untouched shortly so next time provide legit information please

Could you please advise how fast after the registration did your account get blocked? Since when are you waiting for your deposit refund? Did you forward the casino all the relevant documents in order to process the refund?

Please note that such transaction may take up to even a month. In some cases the casino might ask you for documents to verify your identity first in order to pay back the money.
