The player from Australia has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day.
I deposited and I played my play through all was well I withdraw the amount of $687.66 and they said withdrawal complet the funds have been transferred to you bank account.. checked my account nothing was there.. contacted live chat they told me to contact withdrawal hotline or financial team upon them giving me contact details to do so they where incorrect details as they did not work. so I am unable to contact them
