The player from the US has been waiting for her winnings since January. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Received bonus completed plaything and all verifications needed. Request payout on 1/30/2023 they keep telling me that it is with the payment dept and someone will be emailing me. I have even been told that my issue was escalated but not a word out email since and no payout.

What is the current status of your withdrawal request? Is it marked as pending or processed in your account?
