all tbe slots I played would spin on the first second or third spin for a minute or more especially if you received a bonus or a previous spin that may have paid you this has been happening for weeks and it’s not being fixed because it causes the player to lose every time the spinnings saves the casino from paying out anything good this way it’s not a technical problem nor is it google safari or using chrome it’s all the same problem and I don’t believe they have any intentions of fixing it they offered me a $10 credit for my troubles 😭🤔😩 I have many attachments but they won’t fit on here any other way I can send a bunch?

Could you please forward any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or videos, possibly your game history with the exact time of the incident along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru? Have you stopped playing right after the incident?

Meanwhile, please check our article explaining "How slot machines are programmed" and maybe it’ll help to understand how servers communicate with players and what issues might occur on the way.

Please understand, that without any supporting evidence we can’t proceed further with this case as it would be close to impossible to confront the casino.

You have to look at the time screenshots and watch how the balance drops straight to zero or if someone or anyone plays these they will get the constant spinning which is technically fraud because it’s impossible to have a glitch of this kind by accident do to the frequency of the problem and the longitivtiy of it any other online casino has NEVER had a glitch of almost every spin for close to a minute lasting for weeks unless it was manipulated by them for financial gain and I guess I could deposit in the next 24 hrs and play multiple games and prove it’s still happening and I could have my wife take a video while I am playing would you care for that ? Thanks for helping all of us players it’s extremely difficult to win once in a while but when casinos manipulate games that’s when enough is enough . I was going to have my wife video on Friday but she was sleeping but I could have her do it later and they released a new game all casinos did called divas of darkness so I received 66 free plays of it from 4 different casinos so I played them all and three played identical and would you believe only superslots played at double the speed and on a few spins like 10 % it spun for a minute before stopping that’s not a coincidence why a brand new game and three are absolutely fine and super slots is playing completely differently and it’s very simple to change the software as I said from slow to fast or fast to slow and just as simply to add a long spin delay I could have my wife take a video of me playing and show it to her customer and he could probably sign a note that says that’s not possible for there game to play that way I mean I already know that because I showed him a similar situation last year and that’s how I know what is real what a glitch can be and what’s been tampered with that’s before I knew there was a casino guru

I sent everything I had to you or the data guru or Radka so I don’t understand why you need to close it I don’t care one way or the other I wasn’t doing this for my $180 I was doing it so a lot of other players wouldn’t get cheated or at least be aware that they are a terrible cheating casino I could have deposited $30 and took a video but no worries thanks for your help and I guess I need to stop worrying about other people and the bottom line is I’ve played almost all online casinos and honestly they all cheat I never found one yet that doesn’t cheat so you guys will be busy for a long time as long as there’s Bitcoin because an online casino has NEVER won a credit card dispute with an American bank and not one of them ever puts down on your credit card statement that they are an offshore or any kind of online casino. This casino admitted from day one that that had technical issues and they have been having them for weeks and still haven’t fixed the issue they are using it to cheat period end of story bottom line I know more about these online casinos then anyone and the reason is because I played them for almost 24 hrs a day five days a week without sleeping and they all cheat but some a lot more then others I was just trying to help others players so if you contacted them all you have to say to them is you have multiple players contact you over the last three weeks about there technical issues and say why hasn’t it been corrected yet ? And look at the player named Concorde and I sent you what he wrote about weeks ago and he had the same issue and I just played 66 free spins for Halloween on Friday and it was still happening it doesn’t take weeks to fix a glitch unless you want the glitch to be there thanks and I’m disconnecting from guru and I’m going to continue playing but just handle issues on my own and I will call superslots exactly what I know and that I will be checking up until they fix the issue if they disconnect my account then I will have a friend sign up and play bye"
