The player's requesting a refund of his deposits as he accidentally deposited. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I accidentally deposited 3.0654 ETH to my self-excluded stake account. I should have been fully banned from all stake services, however, they are not letting me to withdraw my own balance.

Could you please advise since when is your account excluded and how are you able to log in there if it's closed? When did you deposit the money into the casino and do you have any evidence of it? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

I have talked to them a few days ago, and I had requested self-exclusion 10 weeks ago, but I still had access to my account.
