Hello,

My issue is that the casino has been delaying my withdrawals for 17 days. I initially requested a withdrawal via Jeton, but they canceled it shortly, stating that withdrawals must be made using the same method as deposits. So, I requested a withdrawal to my credit card, which I used for deposits. After 6 days, they canceled the withdrawal, claiming it was due to payment processor issues. Then, I requested another withdrawal using the same method, and for the past 12 days, the casino claims that specialists are working on my issue. I've tried canceling the withdrawal and requesting it through a different method, but the casino says it's not possible because the payment is being processed.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Hello,

No one has ever offered me an alternative withdrawal option. After requesting a withdrawal to Jetton, I was informed that I should initiate the withdrawal using the method I used for the deposit. After 5 days of requesting the withdrawal, I contacted your security team, and they claimed that the withdrawal had been processed, and I should wait for the funds to be approved in my account. After further waiting for about 2 days, the withdrawal did not reach my account and was returned to the casino account. Yesterday, I tried to cancel the withdrawal to initiate it with a different method. Support says they cannot cancel the withdrawal because it's being processed, so how can I use any alternative withdrawal option?
