I requested a withdrawal 10 days ago. Since then, the status of my payout has been "pending".


I wrote a message to support 3 days ago, but received no answer. And there is no live chat.


It is probably a fraud casino.


I can only advise everyone against making a deposit there.


Even if you win something, you won't get your money.

No, this is the first payout. I don't know if my account is verified yet.

I uploaded my ID, but I didn't get a response from Casino here either.

The casino is clearly deliberately not responding. And there is no live chat either.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
