I got free spins when I signed up, completed the rollover and verified my account. The website chat tells me that everything is fine to make my withdrawal, but I simply cannot access the withdrawal page for more than 5 days, it always gives an error and the house just tells me that it is trying to solve it. But I know other users who are carrying out withdrawals in the house normally! I've used other browsers, cache cleaning as already requested, and nothing solves it
