This is my first review of a casino even though I have played on a few. I appreciate the helpful and pleasant live chat and thoughtbthey deserved a reviewfor their professionalism.

When I made my deposit here I wanted to use the welcome bonus but it did not automatically issue to my account. I went to live chat and they quickly fixed this and added the 150% welcome match.

I didn't realize that the bonus expired in 3 days but thankfully I had time to play. I played many different slots and they were paying out very well. I went through the bonus wagering and will now request to be paid out my winnings.

At the moment my review is extremely negative. Friday early afternoon I joined this casino. I sent a deposit with Ethereum to the correct address. It still has not been credited to my account.

I have spoken to live chat multiple times. I then sent an email to support as directed with multiple screenshots showing confirmation of a successful deposit. They're mostly unresponsive. It's now been 36 hours. I am shocked as this is very unbecoming of Dama NV-a casino brand that I wager thousands and thousands a month with. Very disappointing Slotum.

EDIT: I did finally receive my deposit but without the bonus and customer service was absolutely terrible throughout the process. Though they did apologize. Anyways glad I didn't get shafted and have upped them a couple points but still will never use this casino again.

Over 48 hours pending withdrawal so far after previous withdrawal was very fast. Asked friendly support to check for me but I didn't get a proper answer as to why. Their site says "lightning fast payouts " over 48 hrs is far from fast. Great casino otherwise and fast loading games. I really enjoyed my game sessions.
