Having issues getting my withdrawal . I've verified 3 times even when being walked through the process. I was told 7 to 10 days wait . Then told 7 to 10 more. This is not fair. I used Bitcoin they keep saying the same thing ask for the address I'm like it's on the withdrawal I generate new addresses on that wallet constantly . I just also I won on my loyalty bonus and they said minimum and max was 100 when I swear it said 55 max cash out . They put the money on my balance after accepting the withdrawal. I spent it after that because I'd have to wait another forever. But they still have my 100 .

Yes sure here this also shows the one they rejected for no reason . The rejected one was loyalty bonus from a deposit . The 100 one was the one I'm concerned about was deposit via bitcoin

Yes here's more of them sorry I just got more stuff they say 7 business days to review on there terms it was approved today which I made the withdrawal on the 12th today is the 25th and when I said that's more then 7 business days I was told that's your point of view to which I think no it's not a point of view it's a verifiable fact file

This is what happened I told them they went over there time of 7 biz days so maybe they would speed it up a little and they said they were on time which they weren't . They had me jumping through a bunch of hoops verifying so I told them there reviews weren't good and I was concerned and the guy said he was going to penalize me basically for that which I wasn't cursing or being mean I was just voicing my concern . Then the next day I'm unable to login.

I still can't login but they sent this Probobly only because you talked to them but there starting the process all over it was already approved this isn't fair I was complaining they took to long to approve it now the cycle continues
