Dear Celbertgo,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://richprize.com/bonuses:

"Player can cancel bonus at any time. Please note: Upon cancellation of the bonus the balance will be adjusted to the balance before bonus activation."

If you have activated a promotional offer when depositing funds into your account and afterwards, asked your bonus to be cancelled there is not much we can do for you. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you in this matter, otherwise I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

why would I risk my money to just be gone?


from what I know only the bonus would be forfeited/gone and not the money that I deposited

Hi Celbertgo,

Please understand that there are two possible scenarios when you cancel your bonus:

1.      You either cancel it before starting any bonus wagering. In this case your bonus is cancelled, and you can play your deposit as real money without any obligation to complete wagering requirements.

2.      Or you cancel it later when wagering has started already. That leads to cancelling your entire active balance, as at that point your active balance is made of deposit + bonus + winnings.


I hope I helped explaining it. I understand your point of vue, however, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.
