I had been playing at Vulkan Vegas for six years without major issues, so I trusted the promotional message they sent me this week inviting me to try Slotoro Casino. I accepted the offer, deposited a significant amount of money, and uploaded all the required documents for ID verification.
After some time, I won around €600 and requested a withdrawal. That’s when the problems started. They suddenly asked me to upload my verification documents again, but the website constantly showed an "error" message and it was impossible to complete the upload. I contacted support, and they told me to send the documents by email instead. I followed their instructions, sent everything they requested — and shortly after that, my account was simply blocked without any proper explanation.
What makes this even more suspicious is that Slotoro and Vulkan Vegas appear almost identical in design and structure, and even the support communication seems to come from the same team. After being blocked, I contacted Vulkan Vegas to complain about the scam-like casino they had promoted to me. Ironically, the same support team replied claiming they "knew nothing" and said Slotoro was supposedly a trustworthy casino, basically blaming me for the situation.
In my opinion, this behavior is extremely suspicious: everything works fine while you are losing money, but the moment you win and request a withdrawal, suddenly there are endless verification issues followed by account blocking.
I strongly do NOT recommend using either Slotoro or Vulkan Vegas. Very unprofessional customer treatment, zero accountability, and a completely broken sense of trust.

It's identical to Vulkan Vegas. Has bit less slots providers, but same management. My biggest dislike is that Crypto withdrawals are still treated same as Bank Transfers, i am waiting 2 days now for funds to arrive via Crypto, that's the slowest Crypto casino I have experienced so far. Also asking for a selfie with my Crypto wallet is but excessive, no other casino asks that's, even more with a Curacao license. This casino's RTP noticeably low and I can surely tell you that they are using fake mirror slots of pragmatic that are not legitimate for the following reasons: 1. Pragmatic is actually restricted for my region and in this casino is not. 2. I have no game history within the game 3. I received free spins on one of their slots and it didn't felt unusual but then after I finished the free spins I re-joined with the balance and the animation was a lot slower. Mirror games typically have bugs and I got one several times while I was quick spinning by holding the space bar it just stopped to quick spin. When I played on basically all the games towards the end of the balance there was this weird thing which looked like the slots were refreshing and they got either a little bit zoomed in or out and I've never experienced this. For example these mirror website state "Slotoro is licensed in Curacao" without the certificate banner or license number not that it makes any difference if it was showing it…Curacao license is as good as having no license at all.
