The player’s winnings were confiscated after the player was accused of claiming consecutive no-deposit bonuses. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
I played at they're casino and used they're bonus code they have... I played through they're play through and after that I ended up hitting a 22,000 dollar jackpot on Christmas... I ended up playing that down to 2000 and hit another 20,000 again... I requested my first withdraw and everything was fine. The next day they cancelled my withdraw and took 19,107 the remaining balance out of my accoun. They are trying to say I used two coupons in a row which I know I didn't cause it always giving me and error message if I tryed doing that... I've made deposited at they're casino... They literally are the casino that stole Christmas!!!!
Dear Heretowin94,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Raging Bull Slots Casino. I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found this:
"Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus."
Which casino bonuses have you claimed? Do you have access to your bonus history from the moment you registered a new account? Which bonus did you win from? Have you made any deposits in the casino?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Tomas
If I recall it wouldn't ever let me claim multiple coupons in a row it would tell me, coupon declined coupon player must make deposit in-between fixed amounts... The coupon code I used was xmas2022 it was for Christmas free 100 chip. I never used two codes in a row on that casino I used coupons at there sister casino but not that one. Cause if I would of tried claiming that code it would not let me if I had already used a coupon with them. And yes I've made deposit with them... The fact of the matter is they sent me that coupon I played through that coupon even put 20,000 of what I won back into the casino plus some hit another 20,000 for them to tell me I cannot claim it? Like they literally are the casino that stole Christmas... But I don't get how they are saying that I claimed two in a row cause it's never let me do that before it always said player must make deposit in between fixed amounts. So they can try again with another excuse of why they stole my christmas
Those where two progressive jackpots too. So that's money from a variety of casino sites that all add together to make a big amount for who ever hits... They can't just not pay that out, the progressive jackpots restarted and everything. They took that money from me I never seen the progressive jackpot amount go back up
So if they took the the progressive jackpot away from me cause for what ever reason they thought they should take it from me... Why didn't they put those amounts back on to the progressive jackpots? Cause those are suppose to be rtp progressive jackpots... So they can't just say hey look we are taking your winnings and keeping it for ourselfs they would of had to put that back on the progressive jackpots I would think, wouldn't you? Is that something I should talk to they're licenced gameing comition about? What do you think?
Thanks for the reply, Heretowin94.
Could you please share the bonus history prior to the 28th of December with us so we have a clear picture of the events? Could you specify when exactly your last deposits in the casino were?
Please understand that ideally, the casino should not allow you to break the rules by accident, but if you did claim the no-deposits bonuses consecutively without any deposit in between, we won't be able to argue in your favor in this case. Since claiming multiple consecutive no-deposit bonuses means you are not risking your own funds, we consider rules prohibiting it fair and won't object to the casino confiscating your winnings.
I'll look forward to your reply.

Ok here is the screen shot of before i used the code. It also contains a screen shot of them even sending me an email saying that all's I had to do is verifiy my identity and I could withdraw my winnings... Let me remind you that this was Christmas when I hit the jackpot and they even sent me this email to... I mean what a way to take someone's Christmas from them! If I would of known they weren't going to pay me I would have not even used they're promo code that THEY sent me. I'm wondering why it even let me claim it cause it won't let you claim multiple free chips in a row they're system won't let you. I mean it would be one thing if it wasn't Christmas but when you hit a jackpot, and all your worry's just go away and you have that feeling of relief cause you know your going to be financially alright for a little bit and then they just say no your not getting it... Destroyed my Christmas and pretty much the new year to. I haven't had a good day since man it hurts foreal.
Even how easy it was for they're casino to just dismiss how it was Christmas when it happened just shows what kind of casino they really are! They sent me a email saying all's I had to do was verify myself and I could withdraw which I did. Even they're coupon they sent me said to play they're casino coupon and I could win big, I'm assuming that was false advertisement?
Thanks for your reply, Heretowin94. I understand it's frustrating.
Could you please indicate when was your deposit made prior to redeeming the XMASGIFT2022 coupon from the casino?

Ya I don't think they are even a legal casino since they participate in illegal gambling so they are forsure not going to pay anyone!
Thanks for your comment, Heretowin94.
The casino doesn't use the argument of not being licensed to not pay you your winnings, but that you used 2 consecutive no-deposit bonuses.
