The support team in the live chat keeps repeating the same things, that it is being processed and that I will receive the funds soon. However, it has been 7 business days and 9 calendar days since the withdrawal request, and I'm starting to get worried since I've also read many negative reviews about this site.

I wanted to understand if it is normal to wait this long for a withdrawal and if anyone could help me resolve this issue.
