Kyc not working gives error
Support cant help they tell me to send mail
Withdrawal also gives me an error which chat support could not understand so now wait for respons on mail..
Won a fair amount got no help on setting limits or to withdraw only tell me to send mail lost everything in the meantime my own fault. I just wished they took more care of there players and would help or find a solution i have 300 usd still there waiting too be withdrawen will update if i Get it i wait not for 11 days to Get my withdrawal nothing happens ! Im mad hope casino guru will soon respond to my complaint wait for a reply from casino guru also now for 5 days ! This casino is garbage don’t play here they don’t care they are very bad
