Unfortunately my review on this casino have to be very low. There is zero help from support, tech, telegram, email. They stopped responding, they don’t try to fix the problem. They (their mistake) put wrong my email and my phone number to my account. After that they say it’s all correct, they frozen my account for verification- fair enough- I past verification to find out I can’t log in to my account because details on my account are different then the one I asked them to put. Since then nobody responds to me, and here support ask gurucaisno to close complain as it’s solved - when it’s not. On the account where I made deposit, I have left 8000pln and I can’t withdraw it. Chat ask me to email, email ask me to speak to chat. Datachange email not responding, telegram (where I put correct email and phone number to put to my account (I have screenshots) have detailed our conversation probably with hope I didn’t do screenshot). My experience with this casino is nothing but stressful, ignoring me, not trying to solve problem, not apologising for their mistakes and no helpful at all.
