I made a $300 aud payment via Usdt and it’s been 8 hours since the payment was confirmed on the blockchain.
Balance has not updated and staff continuously lie about the status of the payment.
I have attempted to share payment receipts, confirmations and evidence but they ignore it.
Have made no progress whatsoever despite contacting their online chat on 10 occasions.
