Only facts may be casino guru will not delete my review. But this casino and their casino sisters. which you can see in casino guru site use, in my opinion, tricks to steal your money.
I registred first in one of sister casino and then to betsofa casino. I verified my account without problem and made withdraws. then i won 5200 euro and made again withdraw. Next few days all my account was closed and after 40 days casino closed all my account saying that i do not passed kyc in some time limits, but nowhere casino do not said about any limit.
At this moment and sent all documents but casino said that finish desicion and they will not pay.
This is not complaint, this my expirience with this casino.

Please note that we gave you the reasonable and sufficient time to provide identification documents. However, you failed to provide a passport within 37 days of the request.
In view of these facts and in accordance with our T&C paragraph 5.1 the company clearly interprets this as evasion from verification and decided to close all the accounts:
"In case of refusal or evasion of the KYC/AML terms (provision of forged, edited documents, non-provision of documents etc.), company has the right to charge from suspended account monthly maintenance fee in an amount of 100 (one hundred) EUR, cancel wholly or partially the Client's bets, winnings and Bonuses on all accounts, refuse to return the deposited funds, block the account, compensate all costs incurred from the balance of the Client . If Client’s account remains suspended for more than 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days and/or the balance is 0 (zero) EUR, no further charge will be incurred and we may close your account at our sole discretion."
Please be aware that the verification process is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure, which is necessary to ensure the safety of our Players and ourselves.
