Despite the negative reviews that i have read i would like to share my personal experience. I registered yesterday somewhere in the evening, got some winnings , initiated a withdraw. This morning i received a KYC verification email along with payment verification email, sent all the required documents and in less than 8 hours my account was verified, some minutes ago i received my first payout via prefered method. I can only rate as negative the lack of live support (in chat there's little that the representative can do or answer) and KYC support doesn't respond to general inquiries other than Verification (sent an email yesterday and it's already passed 24 hour still no response)
