Scam artists would not allow withdrawal for bogus reason. They cancelled my winnings and refunded deposit but can’t get it out without paying 50 dollars

Can’t withdraw money. They take 60 US dollars for wire trf then say wrong info and try again and they want another 60;dollars. My bank confirmed info correct so I am stalled and can’t get money out. Feels like a scam
