Wild casino has unacceptable ethics. My under age daughter was able to open an account with no problem. After discovering this information I navigated to the website using my girl's account which comes right up. No identification or password. I then contact support and inform them of this information and demanded the account be permanently restricted and specifically no more transactions be processed on the account. I'm a business owner, so I didn't request or even mention the amount of money previously charged. Two days pass and I'm waken to notifications about suspicious activity on my debit card. So I immediately lock the card and my girls are back on the same account gambling! I was of course very upset but mostly shocked they were still accessing and depositing on the same account! I then navigated to support again on the site and spoke with another support agent for hours (which I have both threads of messages saved) and finally after once again explaining and this time demanding my card be refunded because these charges were passed the point of unauthorized. I specifically demanded that account be closed and charges restricted. It's also important to note they have no problem with underage gambling at the casino as well as unauthorized transactions. The charges were small keep in mind yet they refused to refund my card. I've going to keep reviewing and social awareness about the illegal activity this casino allows while the legal action that can be taken in being investigated. Remember it could be your debit or credit card next time and after informing the casino they will continue to accept any unauthorized charges from any age player with no identification process. BE AWARE, BE SAFE.
